Refund policy

Simply submit request via email to hello@sandactiv3.com with photos within 14 days upon order receipt. We will contact you for the exchange. 

You may bring the item(s) down to Paya Lebar Quarter Mall on weekdays to exchange with prior appointment basis or returns with reasons & if approved, we will provide equivalent store credits$ of the purchase.

Should you wish to exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will not be refunded, and if the exchanged product is of a higher value, the difference will be charged.

Please ensure that return item(s) remains unwashed and unused with original label tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.  

Please allow up to 7 business days for new items to be delivered to you and provide email confirmation upon receipt of new items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We also do not accept returns for our accessories and items under final sale tab.
