Returns
Faulty products may be returned. Please visit our FAQ page for more information on shipping and returns.

- Submit request via email to hello@sandactiv3.com with photos within 14 days upon order receipt.

-Bring down to our shop (1 Jalan Dusun, One Dusun Residences, #01-43, Singapore 32936) to exchange with prior appointment basis or returns with reasons & if approved, we will provide equivalent store credits$ of the purchase

- Please ensure that item remains unwashed and unused with original label tags and packaging intact.

- We strongly advise that product returns are sent via registered mail. Sandactiv3 is strictly not responsible for any lost or misplaced mail.

- Please note that shipping costs for returns / exchanges will be borne by the customer. You may mail the item back to 1 Jalan Dusun, One Dusun Residences, #01-43, Singapore 32936.

- Should you wish to exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will not be refunded, and if the exchanged product is of a higher value, the difference will be charged.

- Please allow up to 7 business days for new items to be delivered to you and provide email confirmation upon receipt of new items.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
